1. Copyright Protection Policy

Please note that PingPorn does not host, upload, or store any of the videos shown on this website. All content is indexed and embedded from public third-party video sharing sites. However, we are fully committed to removing index entries and embeds from our directory upon valid notification.

2. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Your notice must contain the following information:

  • Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered, a representative list.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

The counter-notification must be in writing and contain details such as identifying the material that has been removed, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to local jurisdiction courts.
